Check out our Flipside 2017 – Skilling Queenslanders for Work Flyer – ENROLLING NOW!!!

Through Youth Skills funding (under the Queensland Government’s Skilling Queenslanders for Work) YAC, in partnership with an RTO, is offering a foundation skills for employment and a life skills program for young people aged 15-18 disengaged from education and involved with Youth Justice Services. The program is voluntary.

The program delivery is practical and experiential integrating life skills and foundational skills with off-site activities included.

The program runs for 2 days a week (Wednesday & Thursday), with rolling entry start points. There can be flexibility in the program duration to meet the needs and level of intensity appropriate to each young person. Young people can attend for a “taster session” on Wednesdays.

The program is conducted at Fortitude Valley PCYC: transport assistance and food will be provided.
